I became pretty fed up with the ubiquitous nature of Katniss and yearned for some other slant on the story, maybe some more back story that didn't include Miss K and would have made a more rounded tale. That said, it was fast and furious and reminded me of something else, erm,
really reminded me of something else but can't put my finger on it at the moment.
I am given to understand that there is a follow on, which is good because as it stands for me at this moment is where Wile E. Coyote runs off the cliff and is stationary before the plummet.
