This is a subject that took a whole day of the four week induction courses that I used to train. Subtle differences in terminology, some fine-combing and effective tweaking gives a better end result. Conflict-resolution, damage limitation and focused feedback work just as well in the home too: anything is healthier than passive aggression. The body-language section was always well recieved in the rôle plays.

It has been proven that someone has to actively hear something six times for the information to stick in the memory, and that, right there, is what makes this book a monotonous wall-banger. So whilst I was interested to see how corporate communications has evolved, let me give you the phrase that sums this presentation up 'Every behaviour has an impact', so you don't have to wade through this short manual.
